Sugar Cookie dough of your preference
1 cup butter, softened
4 1/2 – 4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup coconut rum
1 tablespoon vanilla
Heart-shaped cookie cutter (I’m aware this isn’t an “ingredient” but you’re gonna have a hard time making this if you don’t get one!)
Prepare cookie dough per directions. With a rolling pin, roll out dough and use heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut the cookies. Use a sharp knife to cut off the bottom point of the heart (now you should have a booty-shaped cookie!) Bake the cookies per package instructions. Allow the cookies to cool completely before icing.
Cream butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with rum and vanilla, until desired consistency is reached. Feel free to add more or less sugar or liquid based on how thick you want your frosting.
