2 lbs. browned ground beef (drained)
1 small white onion (chopped)
4 celery stalks (chopped)
2 lbs red kidney beans (drained)
3 lbs canned tomato (with juices)
5 tablespoons chili powder
4 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
8 tablespoons yellow mustard
8 tablespoons grape jelly.
Put all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on high for 1 hour, then simmer on low until ready to serve. The longer you can let this simmer the better, I like about 6 hours of total cooking time. Enjoy!
