1 bag frozen hashbrown
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cans of Cream of Potato Soup
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Small White Onion (this can be left out if you prefer)
Thaw hashbrown and mix with all other ingredients. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole dish. Dot the casserole with butter prior to baking. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Sprinkle with pepper after baking complete. Serve warm.
